What Are the Symptoms of a Stroke and How to Prevent It …

The consumption of magnesium-rich foods reduces the risk of ischemic stroke, according to an analysis of 7 international studies conducted by 250,000 individuals published in the Journal of American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

For a period of about 12 years, 6,500 of the participants received a stroke, the researchers said. The results show that with every 100 mg of magnesium consumed with food every day, the risk of ischemic stroke is reduced by 9%, says Dr. Susanna Larson, professor at the Carolina Institute in Stockholm.

The main source of magnesium is green-leafy vegetables. Foods rich in minerals include snowflakes, legumes, and whole-grain products.

The recommended daily dose of magnesium is about 330 mg for men and about 280 mg for women.

The magnesium in the composition of some inorganic compounds is important for the generalization of the bones and enamel of the teeth.

Along with that, its role in the wide range of metabolic processes – from the synthesis of nucleic acids – DNA and RNA to that of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins – is even more important.

Magnesium B6

In the case of nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, disturbed sleep, and muscle cramps, this is the only solution. It improves the function of the nervous system, heart, and muscles. Reduces stress. Vitamin B6 accelerates the absorption of magnesium by 40%.

Magnesium is a mineral that needs every organ in the human body. More than 60% of the total magnesium in the human body is found in bones and teeth, 27% in muscle and 6 – 7% in cells.

It has an excellent effect on the relaxation of nerve cells, and therefore of sleep, irritability, and anxiety.
Vitamin B6 is a water-based vitamin, which is easily absorbed in the body.

It is one of the most needed vitamins in the human body. It calms and normalizes the nervous system. Magnesium relieves the appearance of painful cramps and vitamin B6 helps to absorb it better in muscles, reduces pain and relieves tension in the joints.
