Cauliflower bread is a healthier version of the traditional white bread. This version is easy to make, and it’s actually people’s favorite Paleo recipe.
Avocados are incredibly healthy, and contain a lot of healthy nutrients. Healthy fats in avocados are important for numerous functions in the body. an avocado a day will give you numerous benefits, and regular consumption of avocados lowers the risk of many health issues.

- 20 grams of protein
- 13 grams of carbohydrates
- 41 grams of fat.
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 pasture-raised eggs
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ghee
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
All you have to do is add some salt to your riced cauliflower to draw the water out. Let it rest for 20 minutes, and squeeze out the liquid.
Bagged riced cauliflower is already dry, so you can skip this step.
Combine your cauliflower with an egg, almond flour and black pepper. Stir well. You should get a moist mixture that stays in shape. Scoop one cup and put it on a baking sheet that you have already lined with parchment paper.
Form the mixture into squares, and press down the tops and sides using your fingertips. Bake your cauliflower bread for 25 minutes on 400°F, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Grease your cast iron skillet with ghee. You need medium heat for this step. Smear your cauliflower bread with mashed avocado, and put another slice of bread on top. Grill the bread for 2-3 minutes on each sides.
