This recipe allows us to make buns with a light and fluffy consistency, the main ingredient being milk.
Here are the necessary ingredients and all the preparation steps.
- 300 ml milk (possibly whole)
- 7 grams of fresh yeast
- 1 dirty egg
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 egg yolk (for glazing)
- 500 grams of flour
- 20 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 20 grams is ‘
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 50ml Whole milk (for Brushes)
First, we are going to sift the flour to get a better texture.
Then we use a blender and add milk to the pot. The milk will be half milk and half skimmed milk.
Then add the flour and a little flour to the preparation and add the milk.
We also add sugar, salt, eggs, butter and oil in the form of rain and mix for about 10 minutes.
What we want is to achieve a homogeneous and elastic dough. Then place the dough in a bowl covered with plastic wrap and let it rest for 4 hours until thickened.
Once the dough has rested, remove the dough and stretch it with a rolling pin or roller.
Then cut the meatballs into small pieces, spread them out and put them on fire. Remove and cover with plastic wrap to serve in a previously greased baking dish and let stand for 30 minutes.
To complete, first apply a little milk mixed with egg whites. Preheat the oven to 200ºC and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
When it’s done, remove it from the oven and let the breadcrumbs cool.
They’re packed with our favorite things and ready to go!
