  • ½ tsp. powdered ginger
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds, soaked overnight in ¼ cup water

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pastured organic milk or nut milk
  • 1-2 tsp. turmeric powder
