• 1 cup of brown sugar

First, you need to peel the ginger and turmeric and cut it roughly. Then pour the water into the pan, place it on the stove and bring to a boil. Put ginger and turmeric in a pot. Reduce the temperature, cover the pot and cook for an hour. When finished, put in a refrigerator.
